I am a writer by nature and by profession. My mother tells me I started writing poems about my cat as soon as I could read and write, so it's no surprise that I chose writing as a profession. My career includes journalism, grant and proposal writing, technical writing and editing, and now philanthropy writing, which makes good use of all my skills. After spending so much of my time as a writer telling the stories of others, I hope to one day tell my own stories.
