Dear Dean Lynn McCraney,
Dear Dean Lynn McCraney,

I am writing to request permission for my classmates and I in English 31206, Professor Lucas' class, to get permission from you to survey students on campus for a class project. The subject will deal with debt relief and the survey will contain questions dealing on that matter from a student's point of view. Once this is completed it will be posted on the class website and will be accessible to students as reference or research information on this particular subject.

Personal information will not be gathered. Once the data is gathered, the information will be posted along with other information the class has compiled. The web site can be accessed by anyone researching debt relief.
