Randy Drummond is a State of Georgia retiree effective 01 October 2023. With completion of over 31 years as a civilian employee with the Georgia Army National Guard, he worked as Director of Environmental Stewardship and as Director of Master Planning. Prior to beginning work as a civilian he was an Army Engineer Officer for 11 years. After graduation from the University of Georgia in 1980 with a degree in geology he worked in the oil fields of southern Oklahoma for 3 years.

Married to his high-school sweetheart, he has two daughters and one grandson. His passions are family and music with the acoustic guitar being his primary instrument of choice.
