Roy was letting us know the phone task is a multiple job. Roy uses lots of profanity while Joe is waiting. Joe get upset when Roy uses the "Lord's name in vain (20). Joe was offered to go to Washington for a job with Internal Affairs. Roy wanted an answer from Joe right away. Joe had to give this some thought.Joe need to talk to his wife about going to Washington.
