Born in Portland, OR, Mike is a native of the Pacific Northwest, but he calls Skamania County, WA home. He resides in Chesapeake, VA with his family. Mike has been married for twenty-five years to the former Keri L. Kuhnemann. Mike and Keri have four children, three of whom have graduated high school and one who is still in high school. Mike is currently a part-time graduate student at Middle Georgia State University in Macon, GA. He is completing coursework towards a master's in technical and professional writing. Mike plans to further his education by earning a second master's in history, cybersecurity, or a closely related information technology discipline. Mike's ultimate educational goal is to earn a doctorate and become the next "Dr. Romano" in the family, as there are already several. | Mike considers himself a lifelong learner.
