	Egil was ~~an Icelandic farmer,~~ viking, and a poet. ~~When Egil and~~ his brother ~~Thorolf heard that~~ the ~~king~~ of ~~England was~~ in ~~searched for man to fight King Olaf, they decided to be part of the troops. At a certain point in the battle, these brothers were separated and Thorolf was~~ killed ~~causing great grief to Egil. He was very determined to kill no matter what it would take~~.		Egil was a viking and a poet. He enjoyed killing people. He fought with his brother as a companion in the Battle of Brunnanburh in which his brother got killed.
