I reformatted this section to flesh it out. I renamed it "Digital Technologies Tools" to capture tools commonly used by technical writers as seen on Wikipedia's [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technical_writing Technical Writing] entry. I added a few categories to get it started.
